How We Make
Octagonal Poles
Cutting
Steel sheet is cut to the tapered blank for each pole height.
Bending
The blank is folded into an eight-sided shaft on a CNC press brake.
Welding
The shaft is seam-welded along its length, and the base plate, stiffeners and arms are welded on.
Galvanizing and Inspection
The pole is hot-dip galvanized, then checked for straightness, welds and coating before dispatch.
