Steel Tubular Poles form the backbone of modern outdoor lighting and traffic infrastructure. Crafted through a precision swaging process, each pole is formed from high-grade steel strip, rolled and welded to achieve a seamless tubular profile with consistent wall thickness and dimensional accuracy throughout its length.
The swaged construction gives each pole its characteristic tapered form — wider at the base for stability and load transfer, tapering upward to reduce wind resistance and material weight. This taper profile is engineered to specific wind zone and soil conditions, ensuring the pole performs reliably whether planted in open highway medians or dense urban footpaths.
Poles are supplied with pre-drilled cable entry ports, bolt flanges, and bracket mounting provisions as standard, reducing on-site fabrication time and ensuring a clean, weatherproof installation. Internal wiring channels keep cable runs protected and concealed for a neat finished appearance.
Finish options — hot-dip galvanized, epoxy painted, or powder coated — are selected to match the corrosion demands of each environment. Coastal and high-humidity sites receive galvanized or duplex-coated poles, while urban streetscape projects often specify custom RAL colours to align with civic design guidelines.
