Galvanized mounting frameworks engineered for rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV installations.
Solar Structures are precision-engineered steel mounting frameworks designed to hold photovoltaic panels at the optimal tilt angle for maximum solar energy capture. Fabricated from high-strength structural steel and finished with hot-dip galvanizing, each structure is built to withstand decades of outdoor exposure — including high wind loads, thermal cycling, and monsoon conditions — with zero compromise to panel alignment or structural integrity.
Available in both rooftop and ground-mounted configurations, our structures are adaptable to a wide range of project scales and site conditions. Rooftop variants are engineered with ballasted or mechanically fixed base options to suit flat RCC, metal deck, or trapezoidal sheet roofs without penetrating the waterproofing membrane. Ground-mounted systems use driven pile or concrete pedestal foundations depending on soil bearing capacity and seismic zone.
All structural members are pre-punched and pre-drilled at the factory, enabling fast, tool-light assembly on site with minimal skilled labour. Modular channel-rail designs accommodate standard panel sizes across all major manufacturers, and adjustable tilt brackets allow angle fine-tuning to match site latitude and energy yield targets.
Each structure ships with a complete fastener kit, anti-corrosion isolation pads where dissimilar metals meet, and cable management clips integrated into the rail profile. Our structures conform to relevant IS and IEC loading standards, and load calculation reports are available to support statutory approvals and net metering applications.
