Stadium Masts are large-scale structural lighting towers designed to deliver high-intensity, shadow-free illumination across the full playing area of sports arenas, athletic tracks, and large public venues. Each mast is fabricated from thick-walled structural steel sections, precision-joined and galvanized to withstand the high wind and equipment loads that come with elevated, large-bracket installations.
The mast head is engineered to carry multi-tier luminaire banks — accommodating arrays of high-wattage floodlights at precisely calculated aiming angles to achieve uniform lux levels across the playing surface. Luminaire platforms are designed for safe access during routine lamp replacement and maintenance, with fixed ladders, safety hoops, and rest platforms integrated into the structure.
Each mast is supplied with a robust base flange and anchor bolt assembly, engineered to transfer the combined structural, wind, and equipment loads safely into the foundation. Foundation design data and anchor bolt templates are supplied with every order to simplify civil coordination on site.
Finished with hot-dip galvanizing throughout, stadium masts offer outstanding protection against corrosion in open, exposed environments — including coastal stadiums, open-air athletic complexes, and high-rainfall regions. Cable management conduits and electrical access provisions are pre-built into the mast shaft, ensuring a clean, organised installation from base to luminaire bracket.
